dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zaměřuje se na názory vzdělávání dětí do tří let v mateřské škole pohledem učitelů a rodičů. V teoretické části jsou objasněna základní teoretická východiska z oblasti institucionální péče o děti do tří let věku se zaměřením na vývojová specifika těchto dětí. Empirická část je věnována kvalitativně orientovanému výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných interview s učitelkami mateřských škol a rodiči. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké názory na vzdělávání dětí do tří let v mateřské škole zastávají učitelé a rodiče.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is of theoretical and empirical character. It concentrates on opinions of teachers and parents on education of children up to the age of three. In the theoretical part basic theoretical foundations from the institutional care of children up to the age of three are held. It also focuses on developmental specifics of this age group. The empirical part is devoted to qualitatively oriented research which was realised with the help of half-structured interviews with teachers from nursery schools and parents. The main aim of this research was to find out the opinions of teachers and parents on education of children up to the age of three in the nursery school.
