dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik, která mohou nastat při zakládání podniku. Skládá se ze dvou částí. Z části teoretické a z části praktické. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá obecným popisem základních pojmů, jež s riziky souvisí. Dále pokračuje vymezením různých druhů metod analýzy rizik. V praktické části je popsán potenciální podnik, jeho finanční náklady a financování. Aplikovány jsou zde také získané poznatky z teoretické části v podobě vypracovaných metod analýzy rizik. Na závěr byla autorem pod vypracované metody analýzy rizik tato rizika zhodnocena a navržena opatření vedoucí k eliminaci a prevenci rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focuses on the analysis of the risks associated with the foundation of the company. It compose of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the general description of basic concepts and the introduction of different types of risk analysis methods. The practical part describes the founding company, financial costs and financing, and applies the acquired knowledge from the theoretical part in the form of developed methods of risk analysis. In conclusion, the identified risks were evaluated under the elaborated methods of risk analysis and the measures leading to the elimination and prevention of risks were assessed.
