dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a prevencí stresu u dopravní policie v Přerově. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy a teorie vztahující se ke stresu, jeho zvládání a prevenci. Praktická část je zaměřená na zjištění míry stresu pracovníků u dopravní policie v Přerově. U stresu jsou zjišťovány stresory v oblastech zdravotních návyků, práce, finanční situace, rodiny, společenských povinností a záležitostech týkajících se životního prostředí. Nedílnou součástí práce je opatření a diskuze na problematiku a prevenci stresu u dopravní policie v Přerově.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deals with the problem of stress and its prevention in case of traffic police in Přerov. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one clarifies the related terms and the theory regarding the stress, its management and prevention. The practical part is focused on the finding a stress level of traffic police employees in Přerov. There are several stress factors being analyzed in case of stress and that is the area of health habits, work, financial situation, family, social duties and environment matters. The integral part of the thesis is also the precaution and the discussion about the problem of stress and its prevention in case of traffic police in Přerov.
