V životě obyvatel mohou nastat nečekané mimořádné události, které mohou ohrožovat jejich životy, zdraví, majetek a životní prostředí kolem nich. V tuhle chvíli je potřeba profesionálního zásahu zvenčí, jež zajistí jejich bezpečnost, záchranu života a nápravu vzniklých škod. Tento zásah zajišťuje integrovaný záchranný systém, v němž úzce spolupracuje několik složek tohoto systému. Aby tento zásah mohl být proveden úspěšně, je třeba, jeho činnost vést dle přesně stanovených postupů a předpisů. Jedině tehdy vykazuje provedený zásah nejvyšší míru efektivity. |

Life of citizens can bring unexpected situations that might threaten their lives, health, possessions and the environment around them. At this particular moment it is crucial to have access to a professional external intervention capable of ensuring their safety, protection of their lives and compensation for damages. This intervention is provided by the Integrated Rescue System which coordinates several sections of this system. In order to carry out this intervention successfully it is necessary to follow procedures and rules that are strictly prescribed. Only then can the particular intervention show the highest level of effective-ness. |
