Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na činnost jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Švábenice a ochranu obyvatelstva. Teoretická část pojednává o jednotce požární ochrany, dále prezentuje legislativu, která se vztahuje k požární ochraně a ochraně obyvatelstva, mapuje historický vývoj dobrovolných hasičů, možností dotací a metody analýzy rizik. Praktická část nastiňuje historii a činnost sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Švábenice, dále jednotku sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Švábenice, její činnost a vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza, na jejímž základě je vyhodnocena připravenost jednotky a navržena opatření k jejímu zkvalitnění |

Bachelor thesis is focused on the activity of the units of the voluntary fire brigade of the village Švábenice and protection of the population. The theoretical part is about the unit of fire protection, it also presents the legislation that applies to fire protection and the protection of the population, mapping the historical development of the voluntary fire brigade, the possibility of subsidies and the methods of risk analysis. The practical part outlines the history and activities of the volunteer firefighters of the village Švábenice, further unit of the volunteer firefighters of the village Švábenice, its activities and the evaluation of the current state. In the practical part is carried out the SWOT analysis on the basis of which is evaluated the readiness of units and proposed measures for its improvement. |
