dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout reálný kurz sebeobrany s kubotanem. V teoretické části bude uvedena základní terminologie, právní rámec této problematiky a popis kubotanu z pohledu jeho historie, používaného materiálu a dostupnosti různých variant v rámci českého trhu. V praktické části budou ukázky technik obrany a návrh kurzu pro veřejnost. Vše bude vhodně doplněno fotodokumentací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to devise an actual self-defense course using a kubotan. Theoretical part consists of the basic terminology, legal regulations concerning the subject matter and a description of a kubotan regarding its history, materials used and availability of different variants within Czech market. In the practical part there are examples of self-defense techniques, proposal of a course for public and a photo documentation.
