Diplomová práce je zacílena na informační technologie, které má velitel zásahu HZS Zlínského kraje k dispozici pro podporu řízení na místě MU. V diplomové práci je uvedena celá struktura HZS ČR a jeho činnost v rámci organizace. Dále je analyzována činnost hasičů v operačním řízení a práva a povinnosti velitele zásahu při řízení záchranných a likvidačních prací v místě mimořádné události. Uvádí se zde způsob organizace místa zásahu a jsou zde popsány dostupné informační technologie, které jsou veliteli zásahu k dispozici. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny možnosti dostupných informačních technologií. Podkladem pro vyhodnocení informačních technologií byl provedený průzkum, určený pro velitele čet, družstev a jejich zástupce v rámci HZS Zlínského kraje. V poslední části jsou nastíněny možnosti zlepšení informační podpory velitele zásahu. The thesis focuses on the information technologies which are given at disposal to the Intervention commander of FRS in Zlín to control the action at the emergency site. The thesis covers the entire structure of FRS CR and its mission and tasks within the organization. It also analyzes fire fighters' action during incident operations and Intervention commander's rights and duties throughout managing rescue and clean-up operation at the site of emergency. It shows the way of organization of the accident site and describes available information technologies which are put at the commander's disposal. In the practical part of the thesis the possibilities of available information technologies are assessed. The evaluation of information technologies is based on a research aimed at fire squad commanders, unit commanders and their deputies within FRS in Zlín. In the last part of the thesis there are suggested possible improvements of information support of the Intervention commander.
