dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce zahrnuje problematiku zásahu jednotek požární ochrany u dopravních nehod s vyproštěním osob z havarovaných vozidel. Práce je dále rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru dopravních nehod, jejím statistikám a legislativě. Jsou zde definovány technické prostředky a materiál jednotek požární ochrany používaných při zásazích u dopravních nehod. Praktická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé postupy při vyprošťování osob z havarovaných vozidel. Pomocí analýzy rizik jsou zde dále vyhodnoceny jednotlivá rizika, jak pro zasahující, tak pro zachraňované a návrh opatření minimalizace rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis includes the issue of the intervention of the fire protection units in traffic incidents with the rescue of persons from crashed vehicles. The thesis is further divided into two theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of traffic accidents, its statistics and legislation. There are defined the technical means and material of fire protection units used in interventions in traffic accidents. The practical part is focused on the individual steps of rescue of persons from crashed vehicles. The risk analysis further evaluates the individual risks for both intervening and rescued and designing risk mitigation measures.
