dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mimořádných událostí na obyvatelstvo v obci s rozšířenou působností. V teoretické části této bakalářské páce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a legislativní dokumenty zabývající se tou to problematikou. V praktické části je poté uveden popis obce a dále se zabývá analýzou rizik vybraných mimořádných událostí za pomocí softwaru TerEx a multikriteriální analýzou a v neposlední řadě jsou tu uvedena opatření sloužící k eliminaci nebo snížení dopadů mimořádné události.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on influence of extraordinary events on residents in Lanskroun, the municipality with extended powers. Basic terms and legislative documents following up this theme can be found in the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis. There is also a description of the municipality in the practical part of this thesis. Multicriterial analysis and analysis of chosen extraordinary events with use of software TerEx can be found in this part as well together with precautions leading to decrease or eliminati-on of the consequences of extraordinary events.
