dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností sestry a klíčovými vlastnostmi a schopnostmi pro výkon svého povolání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na krátkou historii, osobnost sestry a její vlastnosti, jaké zastává role jako sestra. Další část je zaměřena na komunikaci, která je nebytná při práci s pacientem, její rozdělení a bariéry. Další část je věnována motivaci a sebereflexi. Poslední část je zaměřena na syndrom vyhoření, jeho prevenci, rizikové skupiny a léčbu. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 79 respondentů. Výzkum má určený hlavní cíl a další čtyři dílčí cíle. Výzkum byl založen na zjištění preferencí jednotlivých vlastností a schopností sester, ochrany proti syndromu vyhoření a spokojenosti na pracovišti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the personality of the nurse and the key characteristics and abilities for the exercise of their profession. The theoretical part is focused on the histori, personality of the nurse and her qualities as a nurse. The next part is focused on communi-cation, which is necessary for work with the patient, its division and barriers. The next part is devoted to motivation and self-reflection. The last part is focused on burnout, its preven-tion, risk groups and treatment. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey. 79 respondents participated in the research. Research has a predetermined main goal and four additional sub-goals. The research was based on identifying the preferences of the individual characteristics and abilities of nurses, the protection against burnout and work-place satisfaction.
