Diplomová práca je zameraná na stanovenie hodnoty vybraného podniku prostredníctvom výnosovej metódy diskontovaných peňažných tokov. Pre splnenie tohto cieľa boli vypra-cované rôzne analýzy a určenia generátorov hodnoty podniku. Tie vychádzajú z odborných publikácií, verejných zdrojov a predovšetkým z interných materiálov spoločnosti. V teoretickej časti je spracovaná literárna rešerš, ktorej podstatou je odborne vymedziť zá-kladné pojmy, prístupy k stanoveniu hodnoty a postup jednotlivých krokov k získaniu vý-slednej hodnoty podniku prostredníctvom výnosových metód oceňovania. V druhej časti práce sú prakticky aplikované poznatky z teoretickej časti. Úvodom tejto časti je predsta-venie spoločnosti a spracovanie strategickej a finančnej analýzy. Ďalej nasleduje samotný projekt stanovenia hodnoty ktorý zahŕňa strategický finančný plán, obsahujúci vymedzenie generátorov hodnoty, vyčíslenie prevádzkovo potrebných aktív a stanovenie nákladov na kapitál. Záver práce obsahuje už samotné ocenenie podniku prostredníctvom použitia zvo-lenej metódy. |

The master's thesis is focused on the valuation of the selected company by using the Dis-counted Cash Flow model. To accomplish this goal, various analyzes and determinations of enterprise value generators have been developed. These are based on professional publica-tions, public resources and on the company's internal materials. In the theoretical part, lite-rature reasearch is processed, whose essence is to professionally define the basic concepts and approaches to the determination of value. Subsequently, the procedure of individual steps is determined to obtain the final value of the company through the methods of valu-ation. In the second part of the thesis, there is practically applied knowledge from the theo-retical part. The beginning of this section is the introduction of the company and the pro-cessing of strategic and financial analysis. This is followed by a valuation project that includes a strategic financial plan containing the definition of value generators, quantifying operationally needed assets, and determining the costs of capital. The conclusion of the thesis contains the evaluation of the company itself by using the chosen. |
