dc.description.abstract	Téma tejto bakalárskej práce je implementácia štandardu IATF 16949 v podniku Conti-nental Powertrain Czech Republic, s.r.o. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na dve časti. Prvá časť je teoretická a druhá časť je praktická. Teoretická časť je zameraná na kvalitu, štan-dardy a štandard IATF 16949. Zároveň teoretická časť slúži ako podklad k praktickej čas-ti. Na začiatku praktickej časti je predstavená spoločnosť Continental Powertrain Czech Re-public ,s.r.o. Po predstavení je praktická časť práce venovaná analýze stavu IATF 16949 v podniku. Následne sú navrhnuté zmeny tak, aby boli splnené všetky požiadavky štan-dardu IATF 16949. V poslednej časti práce je ekonomické zhodnotenie zmien, ktoré boli podniku navrhnuté.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is the implementation of standard IATF 16949 in com-pany Continental Powertrain Czech Republic, s.r.o. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. First part is the theoretical and the second part is practical part. The theoretical part is focused on quality, standards of quality and standard IATF 16949. Also, the theo-retical part serves as foundation for the processing of practical part. The beginning of the practical part, the company Continental Powertrain Czech Republic, s.r.o. is introduced. After introducing, the practical part of work is devoting to the analy-sis of standard IATF 16949 in company. Subsequently, the changes are proposed to meet all the requirements of the IATF 16949. In the last part of the thesis there is an economic evaluation of the changes proposed to the company.
