dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu pohledávek a závazků ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je rozbor těchto položek rozvahy a zhodnocení jejich významnosti v konkrétní firmě. První část je teoretická, kde jsou vymezeny pohledávky a závazky dle české legislativy. Dále je vysvětleno, jak u vybrané společnosti lze provést finanční analýzu a k čemu tyto ukazatele slouží. V praktické části je popsán vznik a zánik, ocenění a jakými postupy konkrétní firma účtuje o dané problematice. Práce se poté zaobírá také analýzou poměrových ukazatelů. V závěru disponuje hodnocení firmy a následná doporučená opatření ke zlepšení současné situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of debts and liabilities of the chosen compa-ny. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and breakdown balance sheet items and to conduct an in-depth evaluation of their significance and impact on the performance of the chosen company. The first part is theoretical and starts with the definition of debts and liabilities according to Czech law and legislation. This part also contains guidelines and steps needed in order to carry out financial analyses of the chosen company, which indica-tors should be focused on and explained, and why they are important. In the practical part, the company's foundation and current market valuation is explained, accompanied by the definition of methodologies used in accounting and financial statements of the company. Moreover, the analysis of the proportional indicators and ratios is introduced and carried out. In the conclusion, the overall review of the company is summarized and subsequent recommendations for improving the company's current state are given.
