dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem nouzového ubytování obyvatelstva a řeší posouzení rizik, která mohou ovlivnit nouzové ubytování. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení problematiky nouzového ubytování, úkoly hasičského záchranného sboru v kontextu této problematiky, ochrany obyvatelstva a nouzové přežití obyvatel. Praktická část řeší nouzové ubytování ve městě Uherský Brod, Bojkovice a vesnici Prakšice. Zaměřuje se na plány krizové připravenosti pro dané lokality. Posuzuje a analyzuje přehled rizik, která mohou ohrozit dané lokality.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis deal with the problem of emergency accommodation of the population and thesis addresses the risk assessment that may affect emergency accommodation. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the issue of emergency accommodation, the tasks of the fire brigade in the context of this issue, protection of the population and emergency survival of the population. The practical part deals with emergency accommodation in the town of Uherský Brod, Bojkovice and the village of Prakšice. The work also focuses on crisis preparedness plans for given localities. It assesses and analyzes an overview of risks that may threaten the site.
