Informační systémy jsou v současné době stále významnější pro efektivnější chod každé organizace. Mají-li poskytovat kvalitní informace, musí tyto systémy pořizovat, vyhodnoco-vat, případně navrhovat inovační řešení. Na základě tohoto se tato diplomová práce zabývá projektem inovace informačního systému Ginis na Městském úřadě v Břeclavi. V práci je zpracována teoretická část, která se zaměřuje na veřejnou správu a samosprávu a využívání informačních systémů ve veřejné správě. Praktická část se opírá o výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo na Městském úřadě v Břeclavi. Na jeho základě byla navržena opat-ření, která zefektivní práci se spisovou službou Ginis. |

At the present time, the information systems are ever more important for effective running of each organization. If the organizations want to supply high-quality information, they have to provide these systems, evaluate them, and eventually suggest innovative solutions. There-fore this graduation theses is engaged in the project of innovation of Ginis information sys-tem at the Municipal Office in Breclav. The thesis has theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the public administration and local government and making use of information systems in the public administration. The practical part is based on re-sults of questionnaire that was carried out at the Municipal Office in Breclav. There were suggested measures to improve the work with Ginis record system. |
