Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem místní kultury na území MAS Moravská brána z pohledu spolupráce obcí, nestátních neziskových organizací, spolků a místních podnikatelů. Cílem je analyzovat roli jednotlivých aktérů místní kultury a jejich vzájemnou spolupráci a navrhnout projekt pro další rozvoj. Teoretická část pojednává o kultuře, kulturní politice, roli kultury v rozvoji a identifikuje její aktéry. Praktická část podává informace o socioekonomické charakteristice území, analýzu realizovaných projektů, výsledky řízených rozhovorů. Na základě těchto poznatků byla sestavena SWOT analýza a zpracován návrh strategie rozvoje, na který navazuje konkrétní projekt. Strategický plán rozvoje kultury je rozdělen do tří strategických cílů rozvedených do priorit a opatření. V závěru práce je uveden návrh projektu, jejichž realizace přispěje k naplňování cílů strategie a zvýšení místní atraktivity. |

The thesis deals with the development of local culture on the territory of the LAG Moravian Gate in terms of the cooperation of municipalities, nongovernmental non-profit organizations, associations and local entrepreneurs. The aim is to analyse the role of individual actors of local culture and their mutual cooperation and to propose a project for further development. The theoretical part describes the culture, the cultural policy, the role of culture in development and identifies the actors of local culture. The practical part provides information on the socioeconomic characteristic of the territory, analysis of implemented projects, the results of controlled interviews. Based on these findings, the SWOT analysis was compiled and the draft development strategy was prepared. The findings are followed by particular project. The strategic plan for the development of culture is divided into three strategic goals. These are divided into priorities and measures. The thesis deals the project proposal is presented, the implementation of which will contribute to the fulfilment of the strategy objectives and increase local attractiveness. |
