dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností Probační a mediační služby z hlediska zkušeností zainteresovaných pracovníků. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá seznámením s danou problematikou, nejzákladnějšími pojmy a souvisejícími zákony a vyhláškami. Taktéž zde najdeme vymezení pojmů probace a mediace. V neposlední řadě jsou v práci nastíněny činnosti, cíle a poslaní Probační a mediační služby České republiky včetně postpenitenciární péče. Cílem druhé části je nahlédnout a porozumět zkušenostem pracovníků, kteří pracují s klienty, kterým byl uložen trest domácího vězení. Tyto cíle byly zjišťovány metodou kvalitativního výzkumu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the activity of Probation and mediation service based on the experience of the concerned workers. The paper is divided in two parts. The theoretical part talks about the introduction to the problem, basic terms and related laws and public notices. We can find the definition of the terms probation and mediation here, too. The activities, the aims and the mission of the Czech Republic Probation and mediation service are outlined in this paper, as well as the post-penitentiary care. The target of the second part of the thesis is to look at and understand the experience of the workers, that work with the clients, that have been sentenced to home prison. These objectives were found out by the method of qualitative research.
