Sport hraje důležitou roli v životě každého jedince. Aby se mohl sport dál rozvíjet správným směrem, je potřeba podporovat jeho rozvoj, zmapovat a analyzovat sportovní situaci v daném městě. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na koncepci řízení, správy a rozvoje sportovní infrastruktury a sportovních aktivit ve městě Otrokovice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje především na základní pojmy z oblasti sportu, legislativní úpravu v České republice i Evropské unii a také na financování sportu a sportovní infrastruktury. Praktická část se zaměřuje na obecnou analýzu města Otrokovice, na jeho strukturu počtu obyvatel, sportovní zařízení a na subjekty které provozují sport ve městě. Další část praktické části analyzuje sportovní infrastrukturu, dále uvádí výsledky dotazníkového šetření a rozhovory s aktéry z oblasti sportu. Na základě zjištěných informací byly vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení sportovních aktivit a sportovní infrastruktury ve městě Otrokovice. |

Sport plays an important role in the life of every individual. In order for sport to continue to develop in the right direction, it is necessary to support its development as well as to map an analyze its situation in the city. The bachelor thesis is focused on conceptual management, administratiom and development of sports infrastructures and sport activites in the town of Otrokovice. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses mainly on the basic concepts of sports, legislation in the Czech Republic and the European Union, as well as the financing of sports and sports infrastructure. The practical part focuses on a general analysis of the city of Otrokovice, its population structure, sports facilities and entities that practice sports in the city. The next part of practical part analyzes the sports infrastructure, then presents the results of a questionnaire survey and interviews with the active participants in the field of sports. Based on the processed information, proposals were made to improve sports activities and sports infrastructures in the town of Otrokovice. |
