dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza výrobního procesu vybrané divize ve společnosti Tvarbet Moravia a.s., která se zabývá výrobou cihel. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši literárních zdrojů, která slouží jako podklad následným analýzám v praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení klíčových pojmů z hlediska efektivního řízení a organizace výroby. V praktické části je představena společnost Tvarbet Moravia a.s. včetně produktů společnosti. Práce poskytuje analýzu prostředí, ve kterém se firma nachází. V další části jsou popsány výrobky a následuje nejdůležitější práce, analýza výrobního procesu a plýtvání ve vybrané divizi. Praktickou část uzavírají zpracované výsledky analýz a podání návrhu na zlepšení procesů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is an analysis of the production process at a selected division in the company "Tvarbet Moravia" Jsc, which produces bricks. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part contains an analysis of literary sources, which put under subsequent analysis in the practical part. Further theoretical part contains explanations of key concepts and effective management of production and manufacturing. The practical part introduces the company "Tvarbet Moravia", Jtd including the company's product portfolio. The work provides an analysis of the environment in business is the company located. The following part of this bachelor's thesis is the approximation of selected product for analysis and subsequent workload, the analysis of the production process and wasting itself at the selected division. At the end of the practical part are the results of the analyzes and submissions of the proposal for improvement of processes.
