Za klíčový faktor v dnešním vysoce konkurenčním prostředí lze považovat lidské zdroje, které jsou součástí každé organizace. Proto je vhodné nebo dokonce nutné, aby se společnosti o své pracovníky staraly a dokázaly optimálně využít jejich potenciál pro své potřeby. Tato práce se zabývá motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců ve společnosti KARS spol. s r.o. V úvodu jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky, ze kterých pak vychází analýza v podobě průzkumu provedeného ve firmě zaměřeného na motivaci a spokojenost. Následuje projekt, jehož cílem je zabezpečit vyšší úroveň spokojenosti. |
