Cílem této práce je seznámit nejen pedagogy, ale i širší veřejnost s tím, jak jsou učitelé základních škol ve Zlínském kraji připraveni na integraci. Teoretická část pojednává o integraci (co je integrace, proces integrace, integrace z pohledu školy, ale i pohledu rodičů dětí s postižením).Dále se věnuji připravenosti učitelů na integraci po stránce psychické i odborné. V praktické části seznamuji s výsledky průzkumu připravenosti pedagogických pracovníků učících na základních školách ve Zlínském kraji. Výsledky přinášejí zajímavá zjištění. |

The purpose of this paper consists in informing not just specialists in pedagogy but also the general public about how far the primary school teachers of Zlin region are prepared for the integration. The theoretical part treats the issue of integration (what's the integration, the process of integration, the integration not only from the viewpoint of school but also from the viewpoint of disabled children's parents). I further deal with teachers' readiness for integration both in psychological and professional respect. The practical part deals with the results of the research work into the readiness of teachers and schoolmasters teaching at the primary schools in Zlin region. The results are showing very interesting findings. |
