Bakalářská práce se zabývá nemocničními nákazami a dodržováním správné hygieny rukou. Bakalářská práce je členěna na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány nemocniční nákazy, jejich původci, zdroje a proces jejich šíření, druhá kapitola popisuje prevenci před nemocničními nákazami. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na hygienu rukou, její rozdělení a také na používání dezinfekčního prostředku a rukavic. Součástí této kapitoly je také popsáno proč se nedodržuje hygiena rukou. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky kvantitativního šetření technikou dotazníku. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit úroveň dodržování hygieny rukou u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků. Výsledky šetření jsou shrnuty v diskuzi. |

The bachelor thesis deals with hospital acquired infections and compliance with proper hand hygiene. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes hospital diseases, their causes, sources, and the process of their spread, the second chapter describes the prevention of hospital diseases. The third chapter focuses on hand hygiene, its distribution, and also on the use of disinfectants and gloves. Part of this chapter is also the description of why hand hygiene is not observed. The practical part contains the results of a quantitative survey using the questionnaire technique. The aim of the survey was to determine the level of hand hygiene in non-medical healthcare professionals. The results of the survey are summarized in the discussion. |
