Tato práce mapuje proces adaptace ve vybraném domově pro seniory v Praze. Přináší vymezení označení adaptace a s tím spojených pojmů. V teoretické části pojednává o stáří v současné společnosti, o závislosti seniora na pomoci druhé osoby a charakterizuje proces adaptace a s tím spojených faktorů, přispívající k adaptaci. Praktická část nabízí rozhovory s klienty domova, kde jsme zjišťovali faktory, které hrály důležitou roli před umístěním a po umístění, kdy bylo důležité, aby se senioři cítili v novém prostředí co nejlépe. |

This diploma thesis deals the process of adaptation in a selected eldery home in Prague. It introduces the definition of adaptation designation and it means concepts. In theoretical parts includes old age in contemporary society, participation in seniors to help others and characterizing the process of adaptation and influencing factors contributing to adaptation. The practical part includes interviews with clients, where we investigated the factors which played important requirements before sending and after the placement, where it was important that seniors feel the best in the new environment. |
