Bakalářská práce s názvem "Adaptace dítěte na pěstounskou rodinu pohledem profesionálních pěstounů" je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část, která je tvořena třemi kapitolami, nám v první kapitole definuje základní pojmy, bude se věnovat rodině a výchově. Druhá kapitola popisuje formy náhradní rodinné péče a zaměříme se na dlouhodobou pěstounskou péči. V poslední kapitole je charakterizován proces adaptace, jsou popsány fáze adaptace, doporučení pro pěstouny. V praktické části je provedeno výzkumné šetření formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který je veden s pěstouny formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem výzkumu je, analyzovat proces adaptace dítěte na pěstounskou rodinu pohledem profesionálních pěstounů a interpretovat pocity a zkušenosti vnímané pěstouny při procesu adaptace dítěte. |

The bachelor thesis called "Child's adaptation to foster family from point of view of professional foster parent" is divided into two parts, i.e. theoretical and practical. The theoretical part, which is composed of 3 chapters, the basic terms are defined in the first chapter, dealing with family and upbringing. The second chapter describes the forms of substitute family care and we will focus on long-term foster care. In last chapter, the process of adaptation is characterized - phases of adaptation, recommendations for foster parents. In the practical part, the researching survey is carried out by the qualitative form of research. which is conducted with foster parents by a method of semi-structured interviews. The goal of the research is to analyse the process of child's adaptation to foster family from a professional point of view of foster parents and interpret the emotions and experiences perceived by foster parents during the process of child's adaptation. |
