dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářská práce je provést analýzu nákladů ve vybrané společnosti s použitím dostupných podkladů a na základě této analýzy navrhnout možná opatření pro optimalizaci nákladů. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Obsahem teoretické části je představené literární rešerše, na jejímž základu byly získány potřebné znalosti k provedení nákladové analýzy. Dále tato část vysvětluje základní pojmy, pojetí a členění nákladů a ostatní východiska, které později poslouží pro zpracování druhé, praktické, části. Praktická část obsahuje informace o vybrané společnosti a zhodnocení její hospodářské situace. Dále jsou v podniku analyzovány náklady v průběhu let 2018-2020. V poslední části této bakalářské práce je krátké shrnutí, návrhy a doporučení pro společnost na základě zjištěných skutečností.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze costs in the company of my choice using all available resources. Based on this analysis, I would come up with possible solutions in order to optimize the costs. The paper consists of two parts - theory and practice. The content of the theoretical part is the literary search, based on which I was able to per-form the analysis of the costs. Furthermore, this part defines basic concepts, breakdown of costs and other starting points, which will later be used to process the second, practi-cal, part. The practical part describes the features of the selected company and evaluates its eco-nomic and financial situation. Moreover, the costs are analyzed in the company for the observed period, which in this case is set between the years 2018 to 2020. The last part of this bachelor thesis consists of a brief summary, suggestions and recommendations for the company based on the findings.
