dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů ve firmě USU Software, s.r.o. V první části práce bylo podstatné uvést nejdůležitější poznatky z oblasti podnikové ekonomiky a řízení nákladů, pomocí metody literární rešerše. Zjištěné informace poté mohly být dále aplikovány v části praktické. V analýze nákladů ve firmě USU Software, s.r.o. jsem rozdělila náklady dle rozdílných kritérií. Zásluhou rozdělení nákladů na fixní a variabilní, jsem mohla provést analýzu bodu zvratu. Bodu zvratu firma dosáhla ve všech sledovaných letech. Součástí praktické části je i výpočet stupně provozní páky a sestavení nákladových funkcí v celém sledovaném období. Jelikož cílem mé práce je optimalizace nákladů formou vhodných opatření je poslední desátá kapitola zaměřena na závěrečná doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on cost analysis in the company USU Software, s.r.o. In the first part of the work, it was essential to present the most important findings in the field of business economics and cost management, using the method of literary research. The obtained information could then be further applied in the practical part. In the cost analysis in the company USU Software, s.r.o. I divided the costs according to differnet criteria. Thanks to the division of costs into fixed and variable, I was able to perform a break-even point analysis. The company reached the break-even point in all monitored years. Part of the practical part is also the calculation of the degree of operating leverage and the compilation of cost functions throughout the period under review. Since the aim of my work is the optimization of costs in the form of appropriate measures, therefore the last tenth chapter is focused on the final recommendations.
