dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je výzkumného charakteru se zaměřením na stres v učitelské profesi. Cílem diplomové práce bylo odhalit a popsat, jaké situace pro učitele přestavují zdroj stresu v souvislosti s rodiči. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativní analýze, jejíž data byla získána prostřednictvím interview a metody nedokončených vět. Výzkumný soubor tvořily učitelky mateřských škol ve Zlínském kraji a výzkumná zjištění odhalují situace, které se pro učitelky jeví jako zdroj stresu v interakci s rodiči. Z analyzovaných výsledků vyplynulo, že se jedná především o situace, vztahujících se ke sdělování nepříjemných informací rodiči, které u učitelek vyvolávají jisté obavy z reakcí rodičů, které částečně souvisí s pohledem a přístupem rodiče k mateřské škole a tudíž i znalostí či neznalostí náplně práce učitelek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is of a research nature with a focus on stress in the teaching profession. The aim of the diploma thesis was to reveal and describe what situations for teachers represent a source of stress in connection with parents. Data were obtained through interviews and the unfinished sentence method. The research sample consisted of kindergarten teachers in the Zlin region, and research findings reveal situations that appear to be a source of stress for teachers in interaction with parents. The analyzed results showed that these are mainly situations related to the communication of unpleasant information to parents, which raise some concerns for teachers about parents' reactions, which is partly related to the look and attitude of parents to kindergarten and thus the knowledge or ignorance of the job teachers.
