dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku protipovodňových opatření v obci Bulhary na Mikulovsku. Práce seznamuje s legislativním rámcem, aktivními orgány při povodních a s možnostmi využití mobilních a stacionárních protipovodňových prostředků k ochraně osob, zvířat a majetku. Rozebírá, popisuje, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje zjištěný stav protipovodňových opatření v katastru obce Bulhary. Reálný stav opatření je analyzován s využitím zvolených metod analýzy rizik, ze kterých vyplynuly největší hrozby v oblasti povodní na řece Dyji pro obec Bulhary. Výstupem práce jsou navržená opatření v oblastech nových materiálních a technických prostředků, sloužících k činnostem při záchraně osob a protipovodňovým opatřením pro Jednotku sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Bulhary. Další opatření jsou navržena v oblasti kontroly a eliminace naplavenin na řece Dyji ze strany obce Bulhary a Povodí Moravy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is addressing issues of flood control measures in the village Bulhary in the Mikulov region. The thesis is introducing legislative framework, active authorities during floods, and possibilities of using mobile and stationary flood control resources to protect people, animals, and property. It is examining, describing, analyzing, and evaluating the discovered state of the flood control measures in the cadaster of the village Bulhary. The actual state of the measures was analyzed by chosen methods of risk analysis, which revealed the biggest threats regarding floods in the river Dyje for the village Bulhary. The output of the thesis is suggested measures in material and technical resources designed for activities during rescuing people and flood control measures for the Unit of Volunteer Firefighters Bulhary. Further measures are suggested in examination and elimination of alluvia in the river Dyje by the village Bulhary and the company Povodí Moravy.
