Diplomová práca sa venuje téme manažmentu znalostí, mapuje a definuje základnú teóriu, jej pojmy, ako aj predpoklady pre efektívne riadenie znalostí v kontexte aktuálnych trendov. Praktická časť sa zameriava na analýzu východiskového stavu riadenia znalostí vo vybranej organizácii a v nadväznosti na teoretický základ navrhuje možnosti optimalizovaného fungovania pri získavaní, uchovávaní, zdieľaní a ochrane znalostí tejto organizácie s ohľadom na efektívnosť a dlhodobú udržateľnosť. Hlavným cieľom je identifikovať nedostatky práce so znalosťami a navrhnúť vhodný spôsob práce pri ich získavaní, ukladaní, zdieľaní a ochrane. |

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of knowledge management, maps and defines the basic theory of its concepts, as well as the prerequisites for effective knowledge management in the context of current trends. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the initial state of knowledge management in the selected organization and suggests options for optimized operation in the acquisition, storage, sharing and protection of knowledge of this organization with regarding to efficiency and long-term sustainability. The main goal of the practical part is to identify the shortcomings of working with knowledge and to suggest a suitable way of working in their acquisition, storage, sharing and protection. |
