Diplomová práce s názvem "Projekt využití nástrojů controllingu ve vybrané firmě" je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky z oblasti controllingu, reportingu. V praktické části je vybraná firma představena. V další části je firma podrobena finanční analýze a na základě výsledků je navržena implementace controllingu v podobě vzniku nové pracovní pozice controllera. Dalším doporučením v rámci nástrojů controllingu je tvorba reportingu a pro kvalitnější získávání finančních informací je navržen nový informační systém. V závěru diplomové práce je projekt zhodnocen. Hlavním výsledkem práce je návrh vhodných nástrojů controllingu pro efektivní řízení firmy. |

The diploma thesis entitled "Project of using controlling tools in a selected company" is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the theoretical knowledge in the field of controlling, reporting. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced. In the next part, the company is subjected to financial analysis and based on the results, the implementation of controlling is proposed in the form of a new job as a controller. Another recommendation within controlling tools is the creation of reporting and a new information system is designed for better acquisition of financial information. At the end of the diploma thesis, the project is evaluated. The main result of the work is the design of suitable controlling tools for effective company management. |
