dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce pojednává o názorném příkladu ve výrobním prostředí, kdy pomocí běžně používaných nástrojů v odborné praxi dojde k rychlé a efektivní analýze v montáži a jejich přidružených procesech. Na základě této analýzy je zpracován návrh a výpočet časové a finanční úspory pro nadnárodní společnost. Výsledek této analýzy a návrhu lze následně připravit pro prezentaci a obhajobu před investory. Tato diplomová práce může sloužit jako vodítko pro podobné projekty v praxi kdy díky PLM systémům lze docílit významných benefitů např. finanční a časové úspory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is concerned with a real situation, in which simple and worldwide known instruments are used for a quick and effective analysis in the assembly and connected processes. Based on this analysis a proposal which includes calculation of time and expenses is prepared for a corporation. The result of this proposal could be presented before an internal management. This diploma thesis could serve as an example for a similar project in real situations as the PLM systems could lead to huge financial and time savings.
