dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou získávání a rozvoje manažerských způsobilostí, které manažeři potřebují k úspěšnému výkonu manažerské práce. Hlavním cílem disertační práce je odpovědět na otázku: Jakým způsobem lze využít modely manažerských způsobilostí pro rozvoj kvalifikace manažerů? Disertační práce poukazuje na to, že součástí manažerských způsobilostí jsou i tacitní znalosti manažerů. Provedený výzkum ukázal, že získávání a rozvoj manažerských způsobilostí podporuje vystavování manažera náročným situacím a schopnost kvalitní sebereflexe manažera. Dílčí výsledky práce prezentují připomínky manažerů ke kvalitě vzdělávacích kurzů pro manažery. Práce také analyzuje možnosti využití Evropských standardů manažerských způsobilostí pro rozvoj způsobilostí manažerů. Práce přináší návrhy ke zlepšení profesní přípravy manažerů pro výkon jejich práce, a tím i ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti jimi řízených organizací	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation thesis deals with the topic of acquiring and developing management competence needed to successfully perform managerial work. The main aim of the dissertation thesis is to answer the question: "How can management competence models be used to develop managers' qualifications?" The dissertation thesis points out that managerial tacit knowledge are an essential component of management competence. The research we performed showed that the acquisition and development of management competence supports manager's who are faced by a demanding situation and their high-quality self-reflection ability. The interim results of the research study present the managers' remarks relating to the quality of training courses for managers. The possibilities of using The Pan-European Standards of Management Competence for management competence development are also analysed. It therefore contributes to the improvement of the professional preparation of managers for the performance of their duties, and thereby also to increasing the competitive ability of the organisations they manage	en
