Bakalářská práce Legitimní užití digitální fotografie v prostředí internetu se zabývá problematikou sdílení pořízených fotografií prostřednictvím sociálních sítí a dalších moderních nástrojů. Obecněji se zabývá tímto problémem z právního hlediska. Objasňuje, co lze či nelze a za jakých podmínek publikovat s ohledem na aktuálně platný právní řád. Zabývá se veřejně známými případy související s touto problematikou a na vybraných modelových situacích z běžného života demonstruje vhodné a nevhodné praktiky. Dále zkoumá, jak tuto problematiku řeší nejpopulárnější sítě jako Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter a Flickr. Na svém konci se nachází doporučení vhodných postupů v této problematice pro běžné uživatele. |

The bachelor thesis Legal Use of Digital Photography in the Internet Environment deals with the problem of sharing photographs taken through social networks and other modern tools. More generally, it deals with this problem from a legal point of view. It explains what can or cannot be published and under what conditions, taking into account the currently valid legal system. It discusses publicly known cases related to this issue and demonstrates appropriate and inappropriate practices using selected model situations from everyday life. It also examines how the most popular networks such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter and Flickr address this issue. It concludes with recommendations for appropriate practices on this issue for ordinary users. |
