Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti učitelů v mateřských školách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje teoretická východiska, která se týkají pracovní spokojenosti učitelů. Dále shrnuje poznatky o učitelské profesi a popisuje motivaci a well-being u učitelů. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu, který byl realizován formou online dotazníku. Cíle bylo zjistit celkovou pracovní spokojenost učitelů mateřských škol v okrese Hodonín. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny a interpretovány výsledky výzkumu a jejich shrnutí. Z výsledků vyplývá, že v okrese Hodonín převažuje převážně pracovní spokojenost u učitelů mateřských škol. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of job satisfaction of teachers in kindergartens. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the theoretical background concerning teachers' job satisfaction. It also summarizes the findings about the teaching profession and describes motivation and well-being in teachers. The practical part presents the results of the quantitative research, which was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire. The aim was to determine the overall job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in the Hodonín district. In the conclusion of the paper, the results of the research are evaluated and interpreted and their summary. The results show that in the Hodonín district a certain satisfaction prevails among kindergarten teachers. |
