dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu projektu pro zefektivnění logistických procesů vevybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem bylo dosáhnout snížení personálních nákladů alespoň o 10 %. Za pomoci spaghetti diagramu, analýzy průtoku zásob skladem, chronometráže a zmapování materiálového toku byla nalezena plýtvání ve formě zbytečného pohybu a nevyužití lidského potenciálu. V návaznosti na to byly vybrány operace vhodné kezlepšení. Vrámci projektu pak byla doporučena opatření, která jsou v souladu sdílčími cíli práce. Dílčí cíle tvořil požadavek na zrychlení sledovaných operací, vyřešení nedostatku personálních kapacit ve 4. kvartálu a realizace projektu za minimální náklady. Na závěr projektu bylo provedeno jeho ekonomické zhodnocení, které počítá pro období 2023-2025 súsporou personálních nákladů o 15%.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis is devoted to the design of a project for improving the efficiency of logistics processes in a selected company. The main objective was to achieve a reduction of personnel costs by at least 10%. With the help of spaghetti diagram, stock flow analysis, chronometry and material flow mapping, waste in the form of unnecessary movement and underutilization of human potential was found. Following this, operations suitable for improvement were selected. The project then recommended measures that are in line with the sub-objectives of the thesis. The sub-objectives consisted of the requirement to accelerate the operations under review, addressing the staffing shortfall in Q4 and delivering the project at minimal cost. At the end of the project, an economic evaluation was carried out, which foresees a saving in personnel costs of around 15% in the interval 2023-2025.
