Náplní této bakalářské práce je srovnání finanční analýzy dvou společností, podnikajících ve stavební sféře. Jedná se o společnosti DAKOR spol. s r.o. a UNIBAU CZ s.r.o. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je věnována literárnímu průzkumu, který podává informace o finanční analýze a jejích ukazatelích. V navazující analytické části jsou poté představeny analyzované společnosti a následně je zpracována finanční analýza pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy u obou firem. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a navrhnout doporučení, která by vedla ke zlepšení finanční situace obou analyzovaných firem. |

The content of my bachelor thesis is to compare financial analysis of two companies, which are in business of building industry. This bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted literary survey, which gives the information about financial analysis and its indicators. In the following analytic part are introduced the analyzing com-panies and consequently is processed financial analysis with the aid of financial analysis tools in both companies. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial analysis' results and to make a proposal, which will lead to improvement of financial situation in both companies. |
