dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dalším vzděláváním pedagogických pracovníků pohledem učitelů mateřských škol. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak na další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků nahlíží samotní uživatelé - učitelé, zda je hodnotí z pozitivního nebo negativního úhlu pohledu; jaký mají názor na zlepšení; jak často se jich účastní a zda využívají (a jsou ověřovány) získané poznatky z dalšího vzdělávání v praxi. Teoretická část se zabývá zejména vymezením pojmů dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků, profesního růstu a sebereflexe. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na samotný výzkum a popisuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníku pro učitele mateřských škol. Závěrem je uvedeno doporučení pro praxi týkající se dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků, využití nabytých poznatků v praxi a zlepšení kvalitního profesního růstu pedagogů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is about the further education of pedagogical staff from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. The aim was to find out how the users themselves - teachers view the further education of education staff, whether they evaluate them from a positive or negative point of view; what they think about the improvement; how often they participate and whether they use (and are verified) the acquired knowledge from further education in practice. The theoretical part deals mainly with the definition of the terms of further education of pedagogical staff, professional growth and self-reflection. The practical part is then focused on the research itself and describes the results of quantitative research through a questionnaire for kindergarten teachers. Finally, there is a recommendation for practice concerning the further education of teaching staff, the use of acquired knowledge in practice and the improvement of quality professional growth of teachers.
