V diplomová práci je objasněno prostředí sebeobrany, konkrétně se pojednává o osobním hledisku sebeobrany a společenském a právním prostředí. Řeší se zde problematika ohrožení věkových kategorií lidí. Součástí je rozbor stavu kriminality v České republice a specifikace jednotlivých trestných činů. V práci je uvedeno preventivní chování a blíže jsou popsány formy a metody sebeobrany z hlediska fyzických možností ohrožených kategorií lidí. Prostřednictvím fotodokumentace jsou znázorněny nejčastější a nejběžnější formy napadení a technika účinné obrany. Zpracován je možný rozsah potřeb znalostí a dovedností sebeobrany pro věkové kategorie lidí. |

Environment of self-defence is clarified in the thesis, specifically it treats personal standpoint of self-defence and social and law environment. It is trying to solve here problems the jeopardy of age categories of people. A criminality analysis in the Czech Republic and particular crimes specifications is part of thesis. The work is given preventive behaviour and more are described forms and methods of self-defence in terms of physical possibility of vulnerable categories of people. Through photographs are given most and the most common forms of attack and defence technology effectively. It is processed possible extent of the needs of the knowledge and skills for self ages of people. |
