dc.description.abstract	Táto bakalárska práca pojednáva o analýze výrobného procesu spoločnosti Kompava, spol. s r.o. v Novom meste nad Váhom. Cieľom práce je na základe výsledkov podrobnej analýzy navrhnúť čo najefektívnejšie opatrenia pre zlepšenie súčasného stavu. Prvá časť práce sa zaoberá teoretickými poznatkami súvisiacimi s problematikou, ktoré poslúžia ako podklad pre samotnú analýzu. Druhá časť práce sa zameriava na charakteristiku podniku, jeho výrobkového portfólia, technického vybavenia spoločnosti, dodávateľsko-odberateľských vzťahov a na podrobný opis výrobného procesu. V závere sa práca venuje návrhom opatrení pre zlepšenie súčasného stavu, ktoré dôsledne vychádzajú z výsledkov analýz.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of production process in the company Kompava Ltd. situated in the city of Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to suggest the most suitable measures how to improve the actual state of the production process according to the results of the detailed analysis. First part of the thesis is aimed on the study of the theoretical knowledge incidental to the given problematic. This study functions as a base for the analysis itself. Second part deals with the company characteristic, its product range, the technical equipment in the company, supplier-consumer relationships and it also contains the detailed description of the production process. There are the methods for improving the current condition suggested in the conclusion of the thesis. The presented suggestions are precisely established with the results of the previous analysis.	en
