Cílem bakalářská práce "Přeshraniční spolupráce v Euroregionu Silesia" je zhodnocení stavu přeshraniční spolupráce v daném euroregionu. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje základní pojmy dané problematiky, odpovídá na otázky, co jsou to euroregiony, jaké jsou důvody jejich vzniku, jaký je historický vývoj přeshraniční spolupráce a popisuje operační programy přeshraniční spolupráce Evropské unie. V praktické části práce rozebírá vybraný euroregion - Euroregion Silesia, jeho vývoj, geografické ukazatele, organizační strukturu a také vazby na okolí. Stav přeshraniční spolupráce je zkoumán na základě realizovaných projektů v české části euroregionu, v rámci programů Phare CBC ČR-PR a INTERREG IIIA ČR-PR. |

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis "Cross-border cooperation in Euroregion Silesia 'q is to evaluate the cross-border cooperation in the given Euroregion. A theoretical part elucidates fundamental terminology in relation to Euroregions. It develops a framework, which analyzes the origins of Euroregions, historical development of cross-border cooperation within the scope of European Union, and the EU operatives dealing with cross-border cooperation. In the second part of the thesis, a practical approach delves into a specific theme of the Euroregion Silesia. It highlights its progressive development, geographical relief, organizational structure and embedment within the institutional environment. In order to analyze the impacts of cross-border cooperation, the thesis investigates realized projects on the Czech territory under the patronage of Phare CBC ČR-PR and INTERREG IIIA ČR-PR programs. |
