dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl navrhnout koncepci fundraisingové strategie pro konkrétní školskou příspěvkovou organizaci - dům dětí a mládeže. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zpracovává rozbor literárních pramenů s přihlédnutím k praktickému využití pro fundraisingovou koncepci konkrétní organizace. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou částí. První tvoří finanční analýza příjmů organizace na základě výročních zpráv, účetních uzávěrek a rozborů hospodaření ve zvoleném období. Druhou část tvoří návrh nové efektivnější koncepce fundraisingové strategie. Obsahuje konkrétní návrhy, náměty a doporučení pro fundraisingovou koncepci v rámci strategického plánování organizace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis intends to suggest the concept of fund-raising strategy for concrete educational allowance institution - House of Children and Youth. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of theoretical part is to analyze literary sources with regards to practical usage for the organization fundraising concept. The practical part consists of two parts. The first part includes the financial analysis of organization revenues based on annual reports, statement accounts and financial statements analyses in chosen period. The second part consists of suggestions for the new and more effective concept of fundraising strategy. It includes proposals and recommendations for the fundraising concept in terms of strategic planning within the organization.	en
