Vedoucí práce: JUDr. Vladislav Štefka.- Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.).- Zlín: FAI UTB, 2008, 67 s. Tato práce se skládá ze šesti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola hovoří o identifikaci podle vnějších znaků, její historii, antropologických metodách a antropologických znacích. Druhá kapitola se zabývá dvěma druhy popisu osob (popisem úředním a laickým), přičemž jednotlivě popisuje údaje úředního popisu osob. Třetí kapitola se zabývá subjektivními a objektivními faktory ovlivňujícími popis vnějších znaků. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje způsoby sestavování popisu osob, jako jsou grafická metoda, plastická metoda, fotorobot, fotomontáž, identikit, MIMIC a podrobně se zabývá počítačovým programem PORIDOS, v kriminalistické praxi používaným na portrétní identifikaci osob s přímým využitím výpočetní techniky. Pátá kapitola popisuje identifikaci osob podle úředního popisu osob a šestá kapitola identifikaci osob podle fotografie. |

Principal adviser: JUDr. Vladislav Štefka.- Degree of qualification: Bachelor (Bc.).- Zlín: FAI UTB, 2008, 67 p. This bachelor's work is composed of six major chapters. The first chapter covers the area of identification by external features, ist genesis, anthropological methods and anthropological marks. The second chapter concerns about two ways of signalment (both official and laic) describing in details the official signalment. Subjective and objective factors influencing the signalment are described individually in the third chapter. The fourth chapter defines the processes of creating signalments, such as graphic method, sculpture method, photorobot, photomontage, composite drawing, MIMIC , and closely studies the computer program named PORIDOS, often used in criminalistic routine for portrait identification by direct usage of available computer techniques. The fifth chapter covers the area of signalment by the official signalment, signalment by the photography is described in the sixth chapter. |
