Aby dokázali absolventi vysokých škôl uspieť v modernom podnikovom prostredí, musia sa naučiť využívať teoretické znalosti v praktických aplikáciách už počas štúdia. Preto sa predkladaná diplomová práca zaoberá zvyšovaním konkurencieschopnosti absolventov Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky Univerzity Tomáša Baťu v Zlíne prostredníctvom výuky ERP systémov. Obsahom teoretickej časti je všeobecný úvod do problematiky informačných systémov, po ktorom nasleduje bližší pohľad na podnikové riešenia typu ERP. Prvú časť uzatvárajú základy teórie projektov a ich špecifík v oblasti IT. Praktická časť sa zaoberá charakteristikou vyučovaných systémov, popisom výuky podnikovej informatiky na FaME UTB, a rozborom možností zvyšovania kvalifikácie študentov. V závere je uvedený návrh projektu certifikácie študentov na systém Microsoft Dynamics NAV a návrh požadovaných znalostí z riadenia financií v tomto systéme. |

In order to be succesful in modern business environment, university graduates must learn how to use their theoretical knowledge in practical applications already during their studies. Therefore this master's degree thesis deals with the increasing of TBU FaME graduates' competitive abilities through ERP systems education. Contents of the theoretical part comprise of general introduction to the information systems, followed by a closer look on ERP-type enterprise solutions. The first section is concluded by the basics of project management and IT projects specifics. The practical section deals with the characteristics of systems which are used during education at TBU FaME, description of the enterprise informatics education, and with the graduates' qualification increasing options analysis. The thesis ends with the student's certification for MS Dynamics NAV project draft, and the suggestion of finance management skills required for the certification. |
