Bakalářská práce se zabývá zejména tématem vypovídací schopnosti účetních výkazů. V teoretické části je uvedena náplň jednotlivých účetních výkazů - rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, význam těchto účetních výkazů a omezení jejich vypovídací schopnosti. Dále je zde teoreticky popsán význam finanční analýzy, jednotlivé ukazatele likvidity, rentability, zadluženosti a aktivity sloužící k ohodnocení finančního postavení firmy a finanční řízení, které přispívá k efektivnímu hospodaření firmy. V analytické části je provedena finanční analýza na základě uvedených účetních výkazů, následné zhodnocení finančního zdraví firmy a porovnání s odvětvovým průměrem. V poslední kapitole je uvedeno doporučení. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the predicative ability of the financial state-ments. There is the description of the contents of the single financial statements - the bal-ance and the profit and loss statement, the meaning of these financial statements and the limitation of its predicative ability in the theoretical part. The next are the meaning of the financial analyse, the liquidity, profitability, debt and activity ratios, which are the instru-mental of the rating of the company's financial standing, and the financial management, which supports the effective economy of the company. There are the financial analyse on the basis of the mentioned financial statements, resulting evaluation of the company's fi-nancial health and the comparison with the branch's average in the analytical part. There is the recommendation to company in the last chapter. |
