dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout možnosti zlepšení úrovně seriálu WBC ve sjezdu horských kol. Následně pak podat žádost na dotaci z fondů Evropské unie na tyto závody. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o řízení a organizaci lidí, propagaci, fázích projektování a formách fondů Evropské unie. Analytická část ukazuje systém fungování závodů v současnosti. Z této analýzy byly zjištěny možnosti změn v šampionátu, které byly základem pro vytvoření projektu těchto změn. Byla provedena nákladová analýza navržených změn.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis is to project possibilities of innovation level of WBC serial in downhill run of mountain bikes. The petition for a dotation of European union fund for this races will be given consequently. At theoretical part are drawen up information of proceeding and organizing of people, propagation, stages of projecting and forms of European union funds. The analytics part shows system of events running in present. From this part possibilities of championship changes was founded out. It was the basis for creation of project of these changes. The cost analysis of proposed changes was accomplished.	en
