dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. Cílem této práce je ukázat jakým způsobem příspěvková organizace Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha postupuje při vymáhání svých pohledávek a navrhnout možnosti zlepšení. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu pohledávka, jejich zajištění a největší důraz je kladen na jednotlivé způsoby vymáhání. Praktická část se zabývá stručnou charakteristikou příspěvkové organizace ÚVN Praha a je zde postup, který je praktikován při vymáhání. V závěrečné části jsou navržena řešení pro zlepšení stávající situace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation work deals with the questions of securing and extorting of the debts. The target of this work is to show the means which the allowance organization Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha uses for extorting of its debt and suggest the possibilities to improve. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term debt, its securing and mainly focuses on different ways of debt recovery. The practical part is devoted to the brief characteristic of the allowance organization Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha and there is a demonstration of a method use to re-cover debts. In the last part are suggested the solutions to improve the existing situation.	en
