dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na problematiku šikany u školní mládeže. Je členěna do dvou částí. V prvé, teoretické, jsou uvedeny definice základních pojmů, je zmapován výskyt šikany v ČR. V krátkosti jsou uvedeny organizace angažující se v dané problematice Druhá, empirická část, je zahájena rozhovorem s Dr. Michalem Kolářem, předním českým etopedem. Následně jsou na příkladech dvou konkrétních případů konfrontovány přístupy a postoje hlavních zúčastněných stran a institucí. Poslední část je zaměřena na rodiče a jejich děti, jejich orientaci v problematice. V závěru práce jsou prezentována možná řešení ke snížení výskytu šikany a zkvalitnění přístupu ze strany kompetentních osob.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This study is focused on problems of vexation among school children. It consists of two parts. In the first theoretical part there are definitions of basic conception of vexation and the map of its occurrence in the Czech republic. In short there are named organizations whitch are commited in these problems. The second empirical part starts with an interview with Dr. Michal Kolář the famous Czech etoped. Afterwards there is a confrontation of two real examples and the approach of main participant sides and institutions. The last part is focused on parents and their children and their orientation in these problems. In the conclusion of this study there are presented possible methods of solution how to reduce the occurrance of vexation and how to improve the quality of approach of qualified persons.	en
