dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou kvality života u nemocného s celiakií. V teoretické části jsem zahrnula základní poznatky o této nemoci. Následně poté se specifikuji na celoživotní bezlepkovou dietu. V další části jsem popsala péči o celiaka a jeho život. Stanovila jsem 5 hlavních cílů, které byly základem mé práce. V praktické části jsem pomocí standardizovaného rozhovoru zjišťovala, jak zhodnotit ekonomickou náročnost bezlepkové stravy. Dále jsem prozkoumala, jak bezlepková dieta ovlivnila stravování klientů ve veřejných jídelnách a restauracích. Také jsem zjišťovala stravovací návyky v rodině respondenta. Výstupem mé práce je zveřejnění zjištěných výsledků v odborném časopise.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work deals with the issue of quality of life in a patient with celiac disease. In the theoretical part, I include basic knowledge about the disease. Thereafter specifying a lifelong gluten-free diet. In the next section I described the care the celiac and his life. I set five main targets were the basis for my work. In the practical part, I am using a standardized interview to find out how to assess the economic demands of a gluten-free diet. I also explore how eating gluten-free diet affected clients in public canteens and restaurants. I also examined eating habits in the family respondent. The output of my work is the publication of the results found in a scientific journal.	en
