dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce se zabývá charakteristikou běžně pěstovaných obilnin v České republice a charakteristikou některých vybraných druhů pseudocereálií a netradičních druhů cereálií. Je zde popsána morfologie obilovin a jejich chemické složení. Rovněž se práce zabývá vlákninou. V praktické části je popsáno stanovení obsahu neutrálně detergentní vlákniny ve vybraných vzorcích tradičních a netradičních cereálií pomocí analyzátoru ANKOM220 Fiber Analyzer.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of commonly grown cereals in the Czech Republic and characteristics of some chosen varieties of pseudocereals and non-traditional cereals. There is described cereal morphology and chemical composition. The thesis also deals with the dietary fiber. The practical part describes the determination of neutral detergent fiber in selected traditional and non-traditional cereal samples using ANKOM220 Fiber Analyzer.	en
