dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Ageismus jako sociálně patologický jev" je přehledovou studií zabývající se předmětným patologickým chováním s užším zaměřením na mezigenerační vztahy. Je koncipována do dvou hlavních celků. První část se zabývá ageismem obecně a ageismem v mezigeneračních vztazích. Druhou část tvoří průzkum zaměřený na zmapování názorů a postojů dětí (mládeže) v otázkách stárnutí, stáří a postavení seniorů ve společnosti. Svým celkovým pojetím je práce zacílena zejména do oblasti prevence.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "Ageism as a Socially Pathological Phenomenon" represents an overview study dealing with a particular pathological behaviour and closely focuses on intergenerational relations. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part presents ageism as a concept and specializes in its manifestation in intergenerational relations. The second part of the thesis is based on a survey among children and young people and maps their views on and approaches to the issues of ageing, old age and the position of seniors in society. The aim of the thesis is to set possible ways of ageism prevention.	en
